The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) of Kenya is an Independent government Commission established under the Constitution of Kenya to manage human resource within the education sector. The commission requires all teachers to declare their wealth. This is a mandatory requirement, meant to safeguard the integrity of the teaching profession. Unlike in the past, where teachers had to physically fill in manual forms, the exercise is now done online.
