Social Media Policy

This Social Media Policy applies to all of Victor Mochere's social media platforms. We manage these platforms in accordance with this Social Media Policy. Users of our social media platforms may express their views, comments and ideas. Content posted on our social media platforms are provided by, and are the responsibility of, Victor Mochere. We do not endorse, support or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of content posted on our social media platforms.

1. By using Victor Mochere's social media networks, all users are expected to:
a. Treat other people with respect and courtesy.
b. Not make defamatory comments or make accusations against individuals or organizations.
c. Not post material that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
d. Not promote commercial interests or transmit any material that may breach the spam policies of those platforms do not include links to websites or email addresses in posts.
e. Protect their personal privacy and that of others by not including personal information in posts or comments (for example, names, email addresses, private addresses or phone numbers.
f. Acknowledge that content posted by Victor Mochere on our social media platforms is general in nature and must not be taken as advice relating to individual specific circumstances.
g. Acknowledge that any information they provide on Victor Mochere's social media platforms will be treated as their own mere opinions and not endorsements or factual.
h. Acknowledge that anything communicated on Victor Mochere's social media platforms will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
i. Abide by the rules of the social media platforms.

2. If a user breaches this Policy, Victor Mochere reserves the right to:
a. Remove content and disable the user from posting any material to our social media platforms.
b. Suspend or permanently block users from our social media platforms.
c. Report users to the relevant social media authority, and/or any appropriate law enforcement authorities.
d. Take other action, including legal action, which we consider to be appropriate.

3. In administering Victor Mochere's social media platforms, we:
a. Take reasonable care in linking to websites that we do not manage or maintain control over, including content posted or the availability of those websites.
b. May remove any material that we consider endangering the safety of any person.
c. Make no representation that the material on any linked website does not infringe the intellectual property rights, or any other rights, of any person.
d. Make reasonable efforts to ensure inappropriate material is identified and moderated. We do not guarantee that all inappropriate material will be identified.
e. Accept no legal liability arising from, or connected to, the publication of content, the failure to moderate content, or the use of (or reliance on) content by a user.
f. Do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which users may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with their use of the platforms, or any linked site or facility.
g. Will only use and disclose personal information posted, or otherwise communicated using the platform in the manner required or authorized by law.
h. Do not accept responsibility for the privacy practices or content of the social media platforms, or websites it links to.
i. May record partial/all information posted on our social media platforms and preserve the information for future use.
