1. Go to PayPal mobile money service.
2. Click “Get Started”.
3. Log in to your PayPal account.
4. Allow the service by TransferTo that links your Mpesa with PayPal.
5. Enter your Safaricom mobile phone number (the one with your Mpesa account).
6. You will receive a 4-digit verification code sent to your phone number.
7. Enter the code to complete linking.
8. Once you have linked your PayPal account with M-Pesa, you can proceed to top up or withdraw money on PayPal with M-Pesa.
