Tuma Data service offers Airtel subscribers the ability to transfer data bundles from one mobile number to another. Transfer of data bundles comes in handy especially if you can’t afford a purchase. This service is available to both prepaid and postpaid Airtel subscribers.
USSD
Here are the steps for sharing your bundles via USSD.
a. Prepaid
Follow these steps to share your internet data bundles with other prepaid Airtel subscribers.
- Dial *544#
- Select “Gift bundle” from the options presented.
- Select the type of bundles you want to share.
- Enter the recipient’s phone number.
- Select the preferred bundle you want to purchase.
- Confirm the transaction.
- Wait for a confirmation message from Airtel.
b. Postpaid
Follow these steps to share your internet data bundles with other postpaid Airtel subscribers.
- Dial *450#
- Select “Buy internet” from the options presented.
- Choose “For another number” option.
- Enter the recipient’s phone number.
- Select the preferred bundle you want to purchase.
- Confirm the transaction.
- Wait for a confirmation message from Airtel.
