Fuliza M-Pesa is an overdraft facility that was launched by Safaricom in partnership with NCBA Bank. This is a service that allows Mpesa customers to complete their Mpesa transactions when they have insufficient funds in their Mpesa account. There are those times you may have a Fuliza, but you do not have the time/money to buy an actual scratch card or you do not have any money on your Mpesa account to buy airtime or already have a Fuliza overdraft.
Here are ways you can buy airtime using Fuliza M-Pesa.
1. Tupay technology
To buy airtime using Fuliza via Tupay technology, follow these steps.
- Go to the M-Pesa menu.
- Select the “Pay Bill” option.
- Enter Business No. 737373
- Enter your mobile number as the account number.
- Enter the amount of airtime you wish to buy.
- Enter your PIN number and click “Send”.
- Choose option 1 to Fuliza to pay for the transactions.
2. Pesapal
To buy airtime using Fuliza via Pesapal, follow these steps.
- Go to the M-Pesa menu.
- Select the “Pay Bill” option.
- Enter Business No. 220220
- Enter your mobile number as the account number.
- Enter the amount of airtime you wish to buy.
- Enter your PIN number and click “Send”.
- Choose option 1 to Fuliza to pay for the transactions.
