When you want to retweet a tweet, you have the option to add your own comments and/or media before retweeting. When someone replies to a retweet with comment, the author of the original tweet will not be automatically added to the conversation. If you want to include the author of the original Tweet, you will need to mention their username. There are ways you can use to see all the quoted replies to a tweet and subsequently the replies made to those quoted replies.
1. Twitter search
You can use Twitter search to see all quoted replies to a tweet, using these steps.
- Go to the tweet to which you want to see quoted replies to.
- Copy the link to the tweet.
- Go to the search bar on Twitter.
- Enter the link without the suffix “?s=number”.
- Hit “Search”.
2. Mention @QuotedReplies
You can mention @QuotedReplies to see all quoted replies to a tweet, using these steps.
- Open the Twitter.
- Go to the tweet to which you want to see quoted replies to.
- Mention @QuotedReplies.
- The handle will reply to you with a link containing all quoted replies to that particular tweet.
3. QuotedReplies app
You can use QuotedReplies app to see all quoted replies to a tweet, using these steps.
- Open the Twitter.
- Go to the Tweet to which you want to see quoted replies to.
- Copy the link of the tweet.
- Open the Quoted Replies app; iOS, Android, or Chrome extension.
- Paste the link to see all quoted replies to that tweet.
